Vitamin
C – 2500 mg for healthy adults; more for

Magnesium – This muscle relaxing, pain relieving. Deficiency
is widespread resulting in heart muscle spasm, migraines, allergy,
backaches, poor sleep, constipation. Magnesium citrate
is best absorbed and can be consumed in between meals when stomach
acid levels are low. 200-400 mg.
Lecithin
Granules – Natural emulsifier. Add to your other nutrients
to enhance absorption, particularly vitamin C, quercetin, omega-3
oil, and vitamin D.
IP6
rice bran extract – Nature’s metal chelator. Useful for periodic cleansing of the liver, gall
bladder, kidneys, arteries, brain. 2000-4000 mg per day
(30-day cleanse).
Omega-3
DHA Oil – 200 mg DHA needed daily for

Quercetin
